The Materials and Services charge is developed annually in consultation with Governing Council and the Department for Education. The charge is then advertised to the community at the end of the preceding year. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS, instalment or Direct Debit agreements.

Health Care Card or Pension card holders may complete the School Card application form which, upon approval, will cover the cost of the Materials and Services charge for that year.
